Being an Onsite Office Clerk at Dubé means assisting the Superintendant and site Foremen and working in collaboration with the administrative team at the head office. It means carrying out several different mandates relating to the monitoring and analysis of data relating to accounts, invoicing, production reports, health and safety and follow-ups. It also means experiencing the dynamism of a young team, meeting challenges by the ton and contributing to a pleasant working atmosphere.

Statut: Permanent full time

Schedule: 14/14 – room and board onsite

Workplace: Remote site located at Detour Lake Mine Site


  • Assist the project manager and the foremen in collaboration with the administrative team in order to carry out the tasks according to the established deadlines; analysis of production data (CIP/KPI), completion of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Perform data entry into Excel workbooks as well as the Maestro accounting system for project monitoring, counts and invoicing.
  • Maintain team schedules and validate timesheets.
  • Follow purchase orders to the accounting system and act as shipping reception manager as well as well as go out for errands as needed.
  • Attend meetings with the client daily.
  • Be responsible for the subcontractor file in connection with the hiring of personnel; hours, invoicing, work scheduling and parts tracking.
  • Participate in managing health and safety onsite, by filling documents and reports and also by assisting the health and safety advisor.
  • Classify physical documents and digitize them to classify them in SharePoint according to the established nomenclature.
  • Carry out the particle size tests and send the reports daily.
  • Monitor and manage aggregate inventories.


  • 2 years experience as a site clerk or onsite administrative assistant
  • Diploma of professional studies in accounting – an asset
  • Ability to communicate in English and French
  • Ability to work at a remote site
  • Very good knowledge and skill with IT tools: Office suite, especially Excel and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrate versatility, rigor, and good work organization
